Shipping Policy

All orders are taken in the order in which they are received. We generally will process an order within 48 hours. Once processed, we will ship your order using USPS, or FedEx, whichever is more economical. Once shipped we will email you the shipping information and tracking number. Please allow 3 to 10 days to receive your order.

If an item is on back order a sales representative will contact you.

All orders over $200 will be insured and will require a signature.



If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.

  1. You pay for return shipping costs.
  2. We don’t refund our shipping costs.
  3. We charge 10% restocking fee
  4. Once we receive the product we will issue the refund. Once we receive the refund and RMA, we will contact you and discuss the refund.
  5.  We do not refund half used bottles.
